While there are always many people who can do a job, sometimes there is only one RIGHT person. If you are considering buying a new home contingent upon sale of your current home, Jackie Gasparian is the one and only RIGHT real estate professional for you. My husband contacted Jackie in late February for help buying a house in Burbank contingent upon the sale of our townhouse. By early April (just over a month later), Jackie had sold our townhouse to a cash buyer BEFORE it was formally placed on the market AND negotiated our purchase of "the perfect" home. Thereafter, true to her promise of going the "extra mile" (or in this case the extra 100 miles), Jackie assisted us in finding quality contractors to help with the minimal work our new home needed. Jackie is our Annie Sullivan - a miracle worker who walked us through a process we had no sense of how to complete ourselves. If you are ever selling or buying in the Cabrini Villas, Jackie Gasparian is the agent you want! Jackie has such finesse for knowing the little intricacies with these townhomes, but for any property really. She provided all the proper documents as related to trusts and HOAs and gave us a timeline that worked for us. She always had our needs in mind as it was a delicate time for my mom.
